This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Capture Australia with respect to use of the Capture digital conversion, online hosting, and sharing services. Your access to and use of the service is expressly conditioned on your compliance with this agreement. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
All sale transactions are deemed final, and refunds are only allowed within seven days of transaction or payment and must be prior to any media digitisation processing. Once the digitisation process starts, there will be no refund possible. All pre-payments have a validity of ninety days from the time of transaction and are invalid after that. All refunds will be processed within seven business days of the refund request and credited to the original payment method.
Once your media digitisation order is complete, you will receive an email from Capture with instructions on how to access your digital files. Digital files are accessible for a specified number of days following delivery of that notice and are then deleted from Capture systems. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your digital files within the access period.
You agree not to post or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or obscene; access non-public parts of our systems; send unsolicited email or spam; attempt to reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the service; or impersonate any person or entity while using the service.
If you do not collect your physical media, such as photo albums or prints, from Capture premises within 30 days after we finish your order and do not respond to our contact attempts, we may dispose of your media at our discretion.
