No — your albums are scanned on-site at the partner shop using Capture Australia's proprietary glare-removal technology. Your originals stay at the partner location throughout and are returned to you when your digital files are ready.

What types of albums and photos can be scanned?

Our technology works with bound photo albums, loose prints, and individual photos — including portraits and prints behind glass or plastic. Albums are scanned in-situ — photos don't need to be removed from sleeves.
